We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Check or Money Orders. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

If paying by check, order will be mailed once the check clears. Please remit payment within 10 days.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer Shipping Insurance. It is based on the total value of the items you are purchasing. Below is a table that shows the amounts of coverage and the prices for each. Please click HERE to select the amount of insurance you would like and add this to your cart. You may also get to this page by clicking "Shipping Insurance" in the left side of the page under the product categories.

Shipping insurance is available for shipments inside the United States only.
International Insurance is included in the shipping cost up to $72.00.

Pre-Orders

When there is a high demand for certain items it can be challenging to keep them in stock. We make these items available as Pre-Orders. This will guarantee the item will be yours. It will also guarantee the price at time of purchase.

There are many new items we make available for Pre-Order before their release. This insures you are getting the hottest new items on the market.

NOTE: Pre Order items must be purchased in a separate transaction, or entire order will be held until all items are available to ship.

Most Pre-Order items require a 15% deposit, along with any shipping charges that may apply when ordering. The Deposit Price will be reflected when Added to your Shopping Cart. When these items are available, the balance due on your order will be charged to the payment type you specified when ordering. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship. All Pre-Orders are filled and shipped in the order they are received.

NOTE: We use PayPal as our Credit Card processor. It is not necessary for you to create a PayPal account or have a PayPal account, for us to process your credit card payment.

Please keep in mind that the product availability dates are approximate. These are estimates given to us by the manufacturer. There may be delays with the manufacturer that are beyond our control.

We value your trust. Occasionally there may be a delay in shipment to us from the manufacturer. When this happens we will notify you as soon as we have any information.

Special Orders

We offer some items as Special Order. This means, we do not stock them at this location.

This allows us to offer our products to you at a lower price, by keeping over-head lower.

Special orders may take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. I am sure you agree, the lower price is worth it!

Promotion Codes are allowed to be used on Special Orders.

We value your trust. Occasionally there may be a delay in shipment to us from the manufacturer. When this happens we will notify you as soon as we have any information.

Back-Orders

We make every effort to only have products listed in the Online store if they are available.

If for some reason a product is out of stock. We will notify you by email. Together we can go over options for handling it.

Returns

Products may be returned to Imagine Scrapbooking within 14 days of shipment for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

The packing slip must be included.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
